| Chocolate ice cream |
| Fresh hand made ice cream with chocolate. |
What you need....
- 14 ozs. can condensed milk, sweetened
- 7 ozs. marshmallow cream
- 3 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream or evaporated milk
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup almonds or peanuts, toasted and chopped

How to prepare...
- gradually stir the sweetened condensed milk into the marshmallow
cream, beating until they are well combined
- blend in the melted chocolate
- stir the cream, milk and vanilla
- pour the mixture into a baking pan
- cover and freeze the mixture until it is almost solid, but still
mushy in the center
- scrape the mixture into a large chilled bowl and beat it with a
electric mixer until it is smooth, but not melted
- repeat the freezing and beating process once, stirring in the almonds
(or peanuts)
- refreeze the mixture again until firm
