| An exotic cake with flavor of coconut |
What you need....
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups grated coconut
- 1/2 shortening

How to prepare...
- preheat the oven at 375°F / 190°C
- cream the shortening and the sugar
- add the beaten eggs and essence
- add the grated coconut
- lastly, fold in flour sifted with baking powder, alternately with
milk
- bake in the oven till done
