Orange frosting

A fruity frosting

What you need....

grated rind of one orange
1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. orange juice
1 egg yolk
icing sugar

How to prepare...

add the rind to the fruit juices and let it stand for about 15 minutes
strain and add it gradually to the egg yolk
stir in the sugar until very thick consistency
beat until it is very smooth

This frosting is perfect with orange cake!
