| Breadfruit porridge |
| Delicious porridge made of breadfruit with vanilla |
What you need....
- 1/2 cup mature breadfruit
- 1/4 cup skimmed milk powder
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsps. brown sugar

How to prepare...
- mix the skimmed milk powder in 1/2 cup measured water
- mix the breadfruit into the remaining water
- put to simmer, stirring frequently
- cook for about 5 minutes
- remove it from the heat and stir in the reconstituted milk, gradually
- return the mixture to the fire, simmer and stir frequently for another
3 minutes or until it is well cooked
- add the vanilla and the sugar
- serve hot or warm
