Banana crunch sherbet
Sweet sherbet with banana, lemon and marsmellow.
What you need....
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 7 oz. marshmellow cream
  • 2 cups butter milk
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
How to prepare...
  1. combine the bananas and the lemon juice and gradually add this to the marsmellow cream, beating until they are well combined
  2. stir in the butter milk
  3. pour the mixture into a loaf pan
  4. cover it and freeze the mixture until it is almost solid
  5. coarsely chop the mixture and place it in a chilled bowl
  6. beat it with an electric mixer, starting at low speed and gradually increasing to high until it is smooth and slushy
  7. serve immediately
