Chicken Georgian style
Smooth chicken breasts with ham and cheddar.
What you need....
  • 2 chicken breasts, deboned
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb.ham
  • 1/4 lb. butter or shortening
  • salt and pepper (based on your taste)
How to prepare...
  1. slightly pound chicken breasts
  2. add salt and pepper to your taste
  3. roll the breasts in the flour
  4. sauté them in the butter or shortening until the meant is tender
  5. place the breasts on a grill tray
  6. lay slices of ham on the chicken
  7. then lay slices of cheddar cheese on top of the chicken
  8. grill for about 5 minutes
  9. serve hot

If you don't want to cook this recipe by yourself: it is served at the Georgian House Restaurant in Montego Bay ;-)
