| Chicken in barbecue sauce |
| Wonderful spicy chicken into a wonderful tasty sauce. |
What you need....
- 1 cup catsup sauce
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. tarragon
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 1 cup water
- 2 or 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, rinsed and dried

How to prepare...
- preheat the over at 430°F / 220°C
- combine all ingredients (except the margarine and the chicken) in a large bowl to make the sauce
- heat the margarine in a large skillet
- sauté the chicken for about 5 minutes
- place the chicken in a shallow baking pan
- pour over s little sauce and cover it
- bake in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
- baste often with the sauce
- when meat is brown and cooked, serve hot
