| Crispy baked fish fillets. |
What you need....
- 3 lb. fish (whole)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tsp. butter
- 1 small sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 cup coconut juice
- salt, pepper and garlic (based on your taste)

How to prepare...
- clean the fish thoroughly
- rub some seasonings and mix together the other ingredients, based with the butter
- cut the side fish and fill with the ingredients
- sew the open cut of fish, then place the fish into a buttered baking dish and pour one cup of coconut juice
- bake into a moderate temperature forabout an hour until cooked
