Baked fish
Crispy baked fish fillets.
What you need....
  • 3 lb. fish (whole)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp. butter
  • 1 small sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut juice
  • salt, pepper and garlic (based on your taste)
How to prepare...
  1. clean the fish thoroughly
  2. rub some seasonings and mix together the other ingredients, based with the butter
  3. cut the side fish and fill with the ingredients
  4. sew the open cut of fish, then place the fish into a buttered baking dish and pour one cup of coconut juice
  5. bake into a moderate temperature forabout an hour until cooked
And... enjoy!
