Stewed fish
Very smooth fried fish fillets
What you need....
  • 1 lb. fish slices
  • 1 or 2 blades escallion
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 blade mace
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • a little milk
  • salt and pepper (based on your taste)
How to prepare...
  1. clean and cut the fish in slices or cutlets
  2. season it with the escallion, onion, parsley, mace and some salt and pepper, but not for more than 20 minutes
  3. fry the fish and the seasoning
  4. stir in flour, then in water and mil to make the sauce
  5. cover and stew until the fish is tender
And... enjoy!
