| Stewed fish |
| Very smooth fried fish fillets |
What you need....
- 1 lb. fish slices
- 1 or 2 blades escallion
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 blade mace
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 pint water
- 1 tsp. flour
- a little milk
- salt and pepper (based on your taste)

How to prepare...
- clean and cut the fish in slices or cutlets
- season it with the escallion, onion, parsley, mace and some salt and pepper, but not for more than 20 minutes
- fry the fish and the seasoning
- stir in flour, then in water and mil to make the sauce
- cover and stew until the fish is tender
