| Beer sea food creole |
| Shrimp, lobster, crab, and rice cooked in Red Stripe beer. |
What you need....
- 1/2 pound fresh raw shrimp
- 1/2 pound fresh lobster
- 1 can crab meat, drained
- 4 ounces tomato paste (or stewed tomato)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, dried
- 1 beef boullion cube
- Red Stripe beer to cook the rice (1/2 - 1 cup)
- salt and pepper (based on your taste)

How to prepare...
- sauté the onion, celery, green pepper and the garlic in the margarine
- add the beer, rice, shrimp, lobster and the remaining ingredients, except the crab
- bring it to boil, stir and cover
- cook over low heat until the rice is cooked
- add some more beer if necessary
- finally, add crab meat, stir and heat again for 1 or 2 minutes
