| Beef soup |
| A classic beef soup with vegetables, breadfruit and pumpkin. |
What you need....
- 1 breadfruit, peeled and diced
- 2 qts. water
- 2 lb. meat stock
- 1 lb. yellow yam, peeled and diced
- 1 cho-cho, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, scraped and diced
- 1 cup flour
- 2 stalks thyme
- 1 green pepper
- 2 escallion
- 1 lb. pumpkin, peeled and diced
- salt (based on your taste)

How to prepare...
- boil the meat and the breadfruit until tender
- add the yellow yam, cho-cho and the carrot
- roll flout into small kegs
- add the thyme, salt, pepper and the pumpkin
- slimmer and constantly stir until the vegetables are cooked
- serve
