Banana bisque
Creamy banana soup, fills your stomach!
What you need....
  • 1/2 lb. salt beef
  • 4 cups stock
  • 4 cups chopped and boiled green bananas
  • 1 cup minced onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper (based on your taste)
  • 1 cup cream
How to prepare...
  1. combine all ingredients
  2. bring it to boil and simmer until the bananas are pulpy (approx. 30 to 40 minutes)
  3. rub through fine sieve
  4. add the cream
  5. reheat to blend, but do not boil again
  6. serve with parsley or chives
And... enjoy!
