| Banana bisque |
| Creamy banana soup, fills your stomach! |
What you need....
- 1/2 lb. salt beef
- 4 cups stock
- 4 cups chopped and boiled green bananas
- 1 cup minced onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper (based on your taste)
- 1 cup cream

How to prepare...
- combine all ingredients
- bring it to boil and simmer until the bananas are pulpy (approx. 30 to 40 minutes)
- rub through fine sieve
- add the cream
- reheat to blend, but do not boil again
- serve with parsley or chives
