Hot banana soup

Another spicy banana soup with rum.

What you need....

1 qt. mutton stock
12 green bananas
1 jigger white rum
1 stalk escallion
1/2 hot pepper
1 cup grated coconut
croutons (optional)

How to prepare...

peel and grate the bananas
mix it with the stock and pass through sieve
add the rum
chop the escallion and pepper finely, combine with the grated coconut
sauté and add it to the first mixture
serve it hot with the croutons

And... enjoy!
