| An exotic cocktail with rum and Tia Maria. |
What you need....
- 1/2 oz. sugar syrup
- 1 oz. dark rum (e.g. Appleton 12 yrs.)
- 1/4 oz. Tia Maria
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. white rum (e.g. Appleton Special)
- 3 ozs. pineapple juice

How to prepare...
- shake or blend all the ingredients with crushed ice
- serve in a 12oz. Collins glass with 1 slice of pineapple, 1 slice of orange, 1 cherry and a long straw
