Pina Colada
Not sure if this is typical Jamaican (Puerto Rico!), but it is lovely anyway!
What you need....
  • one part white rum (e.g. Appleton Special)
  • one part coconut juice (or cream)
  • three parts of pineapple juice
How to prepare...
  1. mix all ingredients with crushed ice in a shaker and shake until it is smooth
  2. serve in a chilled glass
  3. decorate with fruits
And... enjoy!
