| Fresh coconut milk |
| A tropical and smooth drink of fresh -or dried- coconut. |
What you need....
- 1 cup fresh shredded coconut
- 3 cups of water (or coconut liquid)
- about 1 tsp. honey (based on your taste)
- a pinch of salt

How to prepare...
- blend all until it is very smooth
- strain well or use on cereal unstrained
If you use unsweetened dried coconut, soak it in water before blending.
Part of the coconut can be substituted with almonds, sesame seed or raw cashews.
