Jamaican rum punch
Now this really is a classic one!
What you need....
  • one part of sour (lemon or lime juice)
  • two parts of sweet (sugar syrup)
  • three parts of rum
  • four parts of water and/or crushed ice
How to prepare...
  1. mix all together
  2. add orange and pineapple wedges

To make sugar syrup, mix equal parts sugar and water and bring it to a rapid boil. While boiling, simmer a few minutes.
Then cool the syrup and it is ready for use.
And... enjoy!
