Y.S. Falls
Not far from Black River you can take the turning to the YS falls. These falls are not so known as the Dunn's River Falls, but according the local opinion, these are much more prettier because of being authentic.

The falls are situated in the woods and you are brought there by a lorry which takes you in ten minutes, through meadows habited by cattle, to the entrance. Be early to avoid crowds, because a lot of trips to the falls are offered by agencies in Negril and MoBay!
Some very friendly guides offer their services, like a former policeman who has really great stories about the falls and life in Jamaica.
